Student Castle – big on little things

So I finally completed the project with Student Castle, up in lovely York. Students from around the world tweeted and emailed all those personal things they could not live without and I drew the submissions on the walls of the marketing suite. Lots of dogs and cats unsurprisingly, a pet snake, and a lacrosse stick […]

Shack Shack Art reimagined

Via an introduction through PR agency Sauce I recently became Shake Shacks Artist in Residence. For their Covent Garden Branch I drew famous historical well known paintings but livening up the subject matter by granting my sitters a burger and fries. I started the project off with Grant Woods iconic painting American Gothic; look how […]

Shhhhhh- it’s a secret

I produced a vinyl sleeve this year for the guys over at Secret Seven. Secret 7” take seven tracks from seven of the best-known musicians, and press each one 100 times to 7” vinyl. Creatives from around the world are then invited to interpret the tracks in their own style for every 7”. 700 sleeves are […]

Happy Thanksgiving!

I had the pleasure of meeting the talented and lovely Head Chef, Nuno Mendes, at the Chiltern Firehouse recently. He let me sample his seasonal dish of Pumpkin Pie, served alongside raisin and caramel ice-cream. It was delicious, and in homage to this festive treat I drew him this illustration -the pie in all its glory […]

Student Castle – YORK

In September this year I finally realised a life long dream to travel with my job. I went all the way to York after being commissioned by SAS to work on a job for Student Castle! These student accommodation providers asked me to draw on their white washed walls to make the marketing suite come […]

Chanel – live drawing event

For Mother’s day this year Chanel commissioned lucky me to illustrate complimentary gift cards. I perched in-store at their Covent Garden beauty pop-up (which now probably qualifies as a shop since it has been there for over a year) drawing and painting three chosen designs. Of these the Chanel No5 perfume bottle proved most popular […]

Country Living Illustrator

Thrilled to have been asked to be resident illustrator for Country living’s newly designed magazine. I have regular spots, plus illustrations that change each month, to draw. They are a fantastic team to work with and my Mum could not be prouder! I’m now an expert on seasonal flowers and am improving my gardening skills with […]

15 minutes of fame

I recently travelled to Tokyo, Japan. Whilst wandering the bookshop of the Mori Art Museum, after seeing an incredible Andy Warhol retrospective, I stumbled across Beyond Magazine. I illustrated the crafted range for Lexus and there the products were, in full colour publishing loveliness. I had my 15 minutes of fame right there that night!
